Job description 1:

1, in-depth study and analysis in the field of fine chemicals/chemical new materials development direction, the focus is on strategic development of the international chemical industry new materials research;

2, be responsible for the company, overseas mergers and acquisitions, points for attention, searching, screening of m&a projects in the international market, and cooperation opportunities of technology or products;

3, responsible for/participate in the investment target project execution (investment analysis, to the best of trade negotiations, cooperation, etc.);

4, participate in making chemical industry in the field of new materials and fine chemical industry development plan;

5, participate in other strategic development related work.

At least 1:

1, master's degree or above;

2, chemical/polymer material, fine chemicals, organic chemicals, chemical engineering and other engineering, or economic, investment, industrial and commercial tube ?
